I had a hole in the roof that was not identified in the home inspection when my wife and I recently purchased our house. I called around and got many quotes for work I did not need. Everyone was trying to sell me a new roof, while I just needed a roof repair. JD Smith came and provided what I wanted to hear and the price was legitimate. His team came and completed the repair. After visual inspection of the repair, there was a small concern. I contacted JD Smith and he had his team come out and re-do the repair and it met my expectations.
